This dress by Max Studio (sold out, but linked similar options above) actually inspired this post. I wore it all around Santa Barbara during our Babymoon. It was light enough to keep me cool during the day, and looked great with a light sweater at night.

Breezy summer dresses have always been a closet staple, but I can appreciate them even more now that the weather is getting hotter and I continue to get bigger – ha! They’ll also be convenient once the baby arrives as I’m sure I’ll be more focused on him than what I’m wearing that day.

While I have no problem purchasing maternity clothing, I try to stick with regular sizes as much as possible so I can continue to wear them over and over again. Here are some great summer dresses that I came across during my own personal search. In fact, I’ve already ordered some of them!

Love, Lindsey

  1. HI! Is SHEIN legit? I love the look of their stuff and the price tag… but nervous to order from them thinking it’s a “too good to be true” situation. Please tell me it’s legit! If so, can you return easily? And is the sizing normal? (I’m an 8)
