We first started seeing the return of the hoodie this past fall/winter – when celebrities and fashion influencers were rocking them underneath their outerwear. They look great under long coats, blazers, even jean jackets. And now that spring/summer is here, I like the idea of throwing it over a pair of cutoffs or jeans when the temperatures drop at night.
On a sidenote… ever since visiting LA last weekend, I’ve been truly embracing the “less is more” mentality when it comes to my outfits. While I was there, I purchased a few staple pieces that I know I’ll wear over and over again. In addition to some super-soft tees, I also bought this Brandy Melville cropped hoodie, this yellow cropped hoodie and this striped pullover.
