This year is all about adding twists on the classics. Your regular white button-down is now available with bell sleeves and ruffles. Jeans now come in all shapes (cropped, high waist, kick flare) and styles (embroidered, raw-hem, step-hem, patched, lace-up). So, why should our eye-wear be any different?
While the weather in Las Vegas is nice and sunny, I’m heading back to Pittsburgh this week to visit family. That means I’ll need to break out my sweaters and jackets one more time. You may have seen a recent post about how I plan to add more color into my wardrobe, but whenever I’m traveling I like to stick with the basics so I can create multiple outfits using only a few pieces. This particular outfit is what I like to call the “classic combo”.
I don’t know about you, but I’m in full-blown warm weather mode. While I’m constantly shopping, (it’s a problem, but hey… it’s also my job right?!) this time of year is particularly exciting because I allow myself one big spending spree.
