March is here (woohoo!) and that means I can unapologetically start dressing for spring (even when the weather doesn’t cooperate). I love embroidered EVERYTHANG at the moment, and I couldn’t wait to finally break out this dress, which has been eye-balling me from my closet ever since I got it. Good news is it has long sleeves and a midi-length cut, so even when the temps dip at night here in Vegas it’s still warm enough. Looking like a freezing fool is never cute 😉

New York Fashion Week may have just wrapped, but it was back in September when we discovered what trends would be emerging in spring/summer 2017. I’ve been patiently waiting for stores to start pumping out the warmer weather pieces – and that time has finally come!
Now, while I’d love to throw-down on designer digs… that’s just not realistic. You all know I LOVE finding great deals and discounts, so I stopped by the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets to see what I could find. Here’s a look at on-trend pieces I was able to scoop up at a great price…
I think we can all agree that giving back is always in style. I think we can ALSO agree that shopping is the beez-neez. So when the two come together it’s like a tiny party goes off in my brain. Sometimes it’s worth it to spend the extra money on that perfect pair of shoes or beautiful bag you’ve had your eye on. Other times, you just want the look for less. So, today I’m sharing six different designer digs and their cheaper dupes.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this utility vest is one of my favorite pieces in my closet because it’s so incredibly versatile. I’ve styled it so many different ways… but today I chose to wear it buttoned up and cinched in at the waist.
Weekends call for laid back outfits and a laid back attitude. I wore this outfit while visiting my in-laws and their brand new doberman puppy! Seriously – he’s so cute!
