KID CLOTHING STORES AND ACTIVITIES AT FASHION SHOW LAS VEGAS

fashion show Las Vegas, Las Vegas blogger, mommy and baby, mom and son, kids outfits, mom outfits, overalls, kids clothes, what to do in Vegas, kid clothes, kid style, baby outfits,

Sure, the term “Sin City” has stuck… but Vegas is more kid friendly than you may think! Here’s my roundup of some great stores and activities you’ll find at Fashion Show Las Vegas.

STORES

JANIE & JACK

You can find everything at Janie & Jack! From casual wear to special occasions… they carry everything for your babies and big kids. They hold true to the classics, but with modern update, like eye-catching prints and adorable little details. Their newborn essentials are also something to swoon over. They use the softest fabrics! Also, if you’re on the hunt for baby gifts, they have great options that any new parent would love to unwrap.

GAP

Definitely a fan-favorite in our household. Our family and friends know it too. Whenever they want to get my son clothing, they head to Gap. I love their little summer onesies right now, and the shoes. Oh my gosh the SHOES! What is it about little pudgy baby feet in a pair of summer sandals?! Their swimsuits are also adorable. Ollie has a few pairs of swim trunks that he wears on repeat. Bonus: You can always head to the adult section of Gap and coordinate with your kiddo. Yes, I’m that parent.

ZARA

Ollie and I are always hitting up Zara (proof in this previous post). If you head upstairs they have a pretty large kids and baby section as well. I hit this place up when I’m looking for everyday pieces that Ollie can wear over and over again (and he does – believe me!) Bonus: We always get the large dressing room at the Zara inside Fashion Show so I can try on clothes and let Ollie out of his stroller. He loves all the mirrors and being able to get out of his stroller! P.S. Sorry for the tiny handprints on your mirrors Zara!

I told you Ollie really likes the mirrors. Ha!

MACY’S

Macy’s is a great place to go if you’re looking for specific brands. For instance, the Polo Ralph Lauren pieces for little boys is so preppy and cute! The First Impressions mix-and match sets are also adorable, and make getting your baby dressed so easy. It’s nice to have a bunch of coordinating pieces, so when they dirty up a shirt or a pair of pants you always have a backup that goes with the outfit. I also love Macy’s for special occasion outfits. They have it all! I’ve noticed they have a wide selection of boys’ clothing too, which is rare and something I so appreciate.

NORDSTROM

Who doesn’t love Nordstrom?! Ollie and I particularly liked their options for baby accessories. The sunglasses, hats, tiny shoes (yes, again with the shoes. I have a problem). A little parenting tip for you… get your baby in hats, shoes and sunglasses as early as you can! If they get used to it early on, they won’t be so inclined to take them off when they’re older. Plus, hats and sunglasses aren’t just cool… in the hot summer sun they offer much-needed protection!

NEIMAN MARCUS

Feeling like stepping up your kiddos style-game? Neiman Marcus has the designer digs that will have your baby looking fresh. Burberry, Givenchy, Dolce & Gabbana… they’ve got the goods. They also have really cute floats and accessories here too!

ACTIVITIES

SWEETEST MOVIE SERIES

Fashion Show’s Sweetest Movies Series is the perfect little kid-friendly adventure that the entire family will appreciate. I included it in a previous post, and feel like it’s definitely worth mentioning again. This movie series includes a lineup of complimentary and family friendly movies every Thursday in The Great Hall with an evening show time at 6 p.m.

  • July 11 – The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part (PG)
  • July 18 – Ralph Breaks the Internet (PG)
  • July 25 – How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World (PG)

ARCADE CITY

Now Open! Woohoo! If you have some older kiddos tagging along with you, make sure to check out Arcade City. Games galore! It’s also nice to breakup the shopping and have a little kid-friendly fun. Arcade City is located on The Plaza next to Benihana.

I hope this post has helped you figure out where to shop and what to do with your little ones!

Love, Lindsey
